Parmesan: 100 g

Salt to taste

Butter: 80 g

White wine: 30 ml

Spreadable cheese: 80 g

Gorgonzola cheese: 30 g

Solefrutta Clementine Marmalade (or Solefrutta Clementines and Hot Pepper Marmalade): 30 g


Mix the flour, almonds, parmesan, salt, butter and white wine in a bowl (or with the help of a food processor) and knead until a smooth and even consistency is obtained.
